The Surprising Power of Post-Production Sound

It's the magic that brings the film to life

Most filmmakers are concerned with making sure they get “good clean dialogue—good clean production sound.” That’s important. Very important. But your “sound guy” (or gal) can’t get all those extra sounds that will really bring your film to life. That’s the job of post-production sound or a sound designer. I discuss when you need one and what they actually do.

If you like videos like these you should go to my YouTube Channel where I have lots more just like this.

As I’m writing my next book and putting my next feature together I could certainly use some support. Buy a gal a coffee. Thanks a bunch!!!
